Art by E.McD- Ginger Jar with Poppies

Inspired to create an orange and blue composition, artist E. McD (owner of Yellow & Co.) created this beautiful peony bouquet, with oranges,daisies and lots of greenery in a ginger jar. There's a little matchbook,too which reads "The Boat House".

Colors are vibrant pink,green,blue,orange,yellow and white. Tiny hints of red and gray are found in the matchbook. 

Original acrylic painting on 20x20" canvas with painted edges. Other media used: wax crayons, posca pens, oil pastels and ink splatters.
