Shipping policy
We will choose the best rate for shipping between USPS,FedEX and UPS.
Shipping is automatically calculated based upon the item's 'boxed weight'.
If you have been overcharged for shipping we will refund you the difference.
We do not refund shipping costs if item is returned.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact the shipper (we provide the tracking # for you upon shipment).
If we suspect a fraudulently attempted purchase, or a purchase to resell our items to another retailer, or on a 3rd party platform such as Amazon,Etsy or Ebay your order will be cancelled.
We are AUTHORIZED RETAILERS of Jellycat and must comply with their retailer agreement. You may be limited to 1 of an item to prevent 3rd party selling.
