Refund policy

Returns without a receipt or gift receipt will be given current retail value at the time of return,item value will be returned to a gift card. No cash will be given.

We may reserve the right to refuse a return if we feel the item was purchased more than 60 days prior.

Items that are damaged not due to product failure will not be accepted ( examples: food stains,used or open products)

While we do not expect our products to break with normal use, sometimes there may be a quality control issue that may occur.

Jewelry may be returned if worn and tags removed for 1 week after purchase due to breakage only.

Jewelry with tags and receipt:14 days

Clothing with tags: 14 days

Consumables are not returnable if opened. 

Books are not returnable.

Clearance items are final sale.

Shipped items may be shipped back at your cost, once received in good order, you would be refunded the item amount (not shipping). Items damaged in the mail should be reported to the shipper. Once item leaves our store,damages are not our responsibility.
